Uconnect has been working fine since I purchased the Jeep in December until yesterday. Try to pair a different phone on the device then see what happens. Not all Chrysler products have uconnect; it may show the button on the radio, but if the uconnect system isn't installed you get the error you're getting; My Dodge Nitro is the same. Was on the phone multiple times for 3 days with Guardian and Uconnect customer service and no one has been able to resolve the issues. The uconnect was working fine, I reset the easy entry/exit system by moving seat forward/backward 3 times. Good luck.

Never had a problem with any other vehicle.
