The internals are not as good as a microtech, and the blade steel is inferior. To be honest, imo, it would be a bit scary to not have a stiff action. The CTK-1 is one of the best out the front knife (OTF) for general use and a great choice as your everyday carry. I'd like to have one of their smaller models, but I can't justify the cost right now.
